What information do we hold on you?
We collect details from you when you request a product, service, offers or news from us from our website, emails, telephone conversations, and written and verbal communication. We may supplement the information that you provide with other information that we obtain from our dealings with you in person.
Our pharmacists may have access to certain electronic NHS records which contain information about the medicines you take and any known allergies you suffer from. If these records are viewed, the pharmacist will ask for your permission and a note will be made on your records.
What do we do with the information?
We will use the personal information gathered in our normal course of business primarily to provide the products and services you have requested, and also for administration purposes:

Your rights to access your personal information
You have a right to ask for a copy of all pharmacy records about you.
There may be a charge to have a printed copy of the information held about you. Your request must be made in writing to the Pharmacy Superintendent at the contact details shown below. You will need to give adequate information in order for us to identify you (e.g.: full name, address and date of birth). You will be required to provide full ID before any information is released to you. We are required to respond to your request within 40 working days.
